Built Environment Intelligence

Interactive notebooks applying rigorous Business Intelligence principles to the built environment — going beyond dashboards to treat construction and BIM data as a serious analytical substrate. Topics include model assurance and quality gate automation, clash detection as a data engineering problem, compliance analytics against regulatory schemas, and 3D spatial exploration in the browser. The stack is deliberately open and composable: D3.js and Observable Plot for expressive visualisation, Three.js for geometry, DuckDB-Wasm for in-browser analytical queries against IFC and structured datasets — no server, no proprietary BI tooling. The underlying question each notebook asks is the same: what does the data actually say, and can you defend that answer under scrutiny.
